Sample GARAGE estimate for a front brake pad and rotor job on a 2018 Ford F-150, total $439.97
A sample estimate, the way your customer sees it.

You didn’t start fixing cars to do paperwork at midnight.

You finish the job in a driveway. No signal. The customer wants a number. So it goes on the back of a receipt, into phone Notes, or into your head, and it gets written up properly at 11 pm at the kitchen table.

Some of those never get written up at all. A brake job you forgot to bill is $300 you did for free.

Most shop software assumes a front desk, a desktop and Wi-Fi. You have a van, a phone and one bar on a good day.

From driveway to done in three steps

Build the job where you’re standing.

Customer, vehicle, labor and parts, right on your phone. It all saves to the phone, so a dead zone doesn’t stop you.

Hand them a real quote, not a guess.

Turn it into a PDF estimate on the spot, even with no signal. They see every line item and the total.

Invoice it the moment you have a signal.

Job done? Turn it into an invoice right there, even with zero bars. It syncs on its own when your bars come back, and you send it from the next spot with coverage. No pile waiting for you at home.

Built for where your cell signal isn’t

Losing signal shouldn’t stop the job. GARAGE runs from your phone and keeps working:

Works with zero barsNeeds a signal
✅ Write up the job📶 Opening customer and vehicle pages and service history
✅ Add parts and labor lines📶 Emailing the estimate or invoice
✅ Pick a customer and vehicle already in your list📶 Decoding a VIN
✅ Add a new customer
✅ Build the PDF estimate
✅ Create the invoice
✅ Keep it saved on your phone

Everything you do offline is saved on the phone and syncs on its own when you’re back in range. The status chip shows where your work stands:

Offline→ Syncing…→ Synced

We’d rather tell you exactly what works offline than promise “everything.” Now you know.

Questions & Answers

Everything you need to know about GARAGE

01 Does it really work without signal?
Yes, for the work you do on the job: writing up jobs, adding parts and labor, adding a customer, building the PDF estimate and creating the invoice. It syncs on its own when you’re back in range. Emailing, VIN lookups and opening customer or vehicle pages need a connection. On a new phone, open the app once with signal first.
02 Do I need to download an app?
No. Open it in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen. It works on iPhone and Android.
03 What does Free actually include?
Five invoices a month with no time limit and no card. Enough to run it on real jobs this week and decide if it earns a spot in your van.
04 How does the 14-day trial work?
Start on Free. When you pick Solo or Solo Pro inside the app, you get 14 days before the first charge.
05 Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month, or yearly if you want the lower price.
06 I already have customers in a spreadsheet / my phone / a notebook.
Founding Shops send us the list and we import it within 48 hours. A photo of a notebook page counts.
07 Is this for big shops too?
It’s built for mobile mechanics and 1–2 bay shops first. If you run several bays with a front desk, the bigger shop systems are built for you. If you’re a one-truck operation, those systems were never built for you, and this one was. See GARAGE compared with Tekmetric.
08 Who’s behind it?
Javier Ramos, a USAF veteran and mobile mechanic in Middle Georgia, who built it for his own business first.

Write it in the driveway. Invoice it at the first bar.

Free plan. No card. Five invoices a month to prove it on real jobs.
