1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Revindi Media LLC (“Revindi Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), which operates Garage Solo, the website garagesolo.com and the GARAGE shop management application. By accessing or using Garage Solo’s website (garagesolo.com) and the GARAGE shop management application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

GARAGE is a web-based shop management application designed for mobile mechanics and independent auto repair shops. The Service includes customer management, job tracking, invoicing, payment processing, and related business tools delivered as a Progressive Web Application (PWA).

GarageSolo is business software. It does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Estimate, invoice, and authorization templates and fields are provided as a convenience and may not meet the requirements of every state or locality, including rules for repair shops, written estimates, customer authorization, and sales tax. You are solely responsible for deciding whether your documents and practices comply with the laws that apply to your business, and for reviewing and editing any template before you use it with customers. We do not represent that the Service or any template complies with the law of any jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity per account unless on a Shop or Shop Pro plan
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Plans: We offer Solo ($49/mo), Solo Pro ($89/mo), Shop ($119/mo), and Shop Pro ($199/mo) subscription plans. Annual billing is available at a discount.

Billing: Paid plans renew automatically every month or year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy (garagesolo.com/refund-policy/).

Free Trial: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial on your first paid plan. Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains how trials, cancellation and refunds work. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except where our Refunds & Cancellation Policy says otherwise.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice, except Founding Shop pricing, which stays locked as described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Existing subscriptions remain at their current price until renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the GARAGE application (“Your Data”). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data.

You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not access Your Data except to provide the Service, prevent or address technical issues, or as required by law.

If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves to the Free plan and Your Data stays in your account, where you can export it at any time. If you delete your account, our Privacy Policy explains how we handle Your Data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

The offline functionality of the GARAGE PWA allows continued use of core features without an internet connection. Data entered offline is designed to sync when you’re back online; keep exports of important records.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Revindi Media LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revindi Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revindi Media LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or delete your account in Settings; our Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains billing and data.

We may also discontinue the Service or a plan, or close an account for other reasons, with reasonable notice, and refund the unused prepaid part. Non-payment is a breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
